I've been consuming this substance for more than a year in an effort to regulate my hormones and get rid of my hormonal acne. The truth is that it does have an impact on your hormones. The issue is that hormones are quite complex, so even if you want to use herbs, you need still visit a doctor to have your hormone levels checked. Wish I'd done it! My acne would stay under control when I would have 1-2 cups of tea most days, but now I'm seeing side effects. I need to take testosterone support right now to raise my levels after my lab work revealed that they are rather low. Many of the symptoms I had seen were hormonal in nature, but as a woman, I didn't think much of them. Although I'm unsure of how much this tea influenced my hormones, I'm very certain that it played a role in my reduced testosterone levels. Just wanted to share my experience since I wish someone had encouraged me to have all of my hormone levels checked rather than self-diagnosing (because that's one reason many people take it).

I nearly always have it with breakfast. It has a very strong, almost bitter flavor that I initially didn't like (I only wanted the health advantages), but as I drank it more, the more I came to enjoy it. And I no longer add any honey to it. I now adore it.

When I heard that spearmint tea helped treat hormonal acne, I decided to get some. I recently turned 37. I've noticed over the past several years that I develop painful, unattractive pimples on my neck right in the middle of ovulation and menstruation. They take an eternity to disappear. I've gone through 1 1/2 boxes of this product. I brew it hot in a 16oz mason jar, let it set overnight, and then drink it first thing in the morning. During this cycle, I had no pimples on my neck (some elsewhere, so it's not a miracle), but also overall brighter complexion and cleaner pores. I no longer fart a lot (it's a family curse), and it has also helped with my minor heartburn. I had 20 farts for every one my partner had. But it appears the problem is no longer there! Don't get me wrong, I still fart after meals, first thing in the morning, and when I lie down for bed, but my chronic everyday gas is gone. Phew!

On March 3, 2020, my kidney passed a stone for the first time. I drank this tea with lemons all day for approximately a week as instructed by my mum. The tea's anticrystallization capabilities allowed the taraxasterol to dissolve the stone before it reached the urethra. Now, I always have three boxes of this in my house and consume it sometimes each month for maintenance.

I bought this for a number of reasons. mostly for renal health. According to what I've read, it cleanses the liver and gall bladder to guarantee improved kidney function. Just to be clear, my kidney function has always been problematic, but since I started taking the dandelion root supplement, it has considerably improved! I too bought this tea, and after just one cup, I could already sense a change and that it helped just as much, if not more! I adore this thing, and it tastes somewhat like a cup of coffee! Due to the numerous health advantages—many more than those I have already mentioned—I will most definitely be making another purchase and strongly suggest it! Additionally, it aids in digestion and is said to prevent the development of ovarian cysts.

Because of its premium tea and fair trade stance, I picked this brand. After drinking one cup, I realized I didn't enjoy the flavor. So I had six cartons of tea in my pantry. Then, over the course of a few months, I began to experience random, gradually worsening pain everywhere. My legs were swollen, had soft tissue discomfort, joint pain, and foot pain. It affected my hands, feet, coccyx, legs, arms, and all of them. Additionally, there was no obvious cause. I made an effort to find it out, and what I did to help was helpful: elevating my feet, using shoe inserts, compression stockings and sleeves, sitting on cushions when driving, paying close attention to how I slept, and practicing guided meditation while I slept. Every action I took occasionally lessened the anguish. I was occasionally winning and occasionally losing. But because I was always aching, I was most definitely afraid of what was happening to my body. The mornings were the hardest; on occasion, I was so frustrated that I was on the verge of tears. In light of its anti-inflammatory and circulation-enhancing qualities, I decided to try ginger tea. I now have yet another pain-relieving gadget. I took a double strength (2 tea bags) cup of the tea for supper because I had started intermittent fasting. I drank it even though I didn't enjoy the flavor at all. I felt less discomfort when I awoke the next morning. I was unable to determine whether it was a coincidence. But during much of the day, my pain was substantially lessened. For dinner, I sipped the tea once again. I definitely had an even greater decrease in overall discomfort the next day. third night After dinner tea. On the third morning, I had no discomfort. I had no trouble walking, reaching, or stretching. My pain level over the day has decreased from a range of 4 to 8, with most of the numbers being 2 and 3! I really feel that the combination of intermittent fasting and this premium ginger tea is the reason why I'm finally succeeding in my battle against discomfort. The fourth night is now. I just finished my supper tea. I'm here to give this product a positive review out of gratitude since I know with such certainty and delight that tomorrow will be a day of little pain.

I've used this tea for a very long time and it's excellent. I normally get the 6-pack, however the past two times I purchased it, I only got 1 pack. Due to this, I've returned it twice with no problems, but this has been quite frustrating. I'd really want to buy a case of this. Surely one package of tea shouldn't cost $24, right?

To reduce my blood pressure, I use this. There hasn't been much of a difference after two weeks, but I'll keep using it because the reviews were favorable. Good flavor at a good price. Will buy again if it lowers blood pressure. Update: There was no difference in blood pressure after a month of drinking 20 oz per day.

I definitely enjoy drinking this tea in the evening. I gave it a try without any sweetness, but found that a little honey made it much more enjoyable. It is so peaceful and calming.

Since I've been buying them, they've never leaked leaves like this. Although it's not a major problem, it's been strange. I've used every teabag in 2-3 of the six boxes I've used so far in this manner. 4 stars are awarded despite the good taste.

Hibiscus is excellent for me, therefore I drink it. I've tried other kinds and didn't like for the flavor, but I drank it because of its health advantages. This tea is amazing, I can say that with certainty. In fact, I am eagerly anticipating my subsequent cup.

If you like the flavor, I'm sure this tea is delicious. It's claimed to lower blood pressure and aid with blood sugar, so I've begun drinking it. I'm unable to say that it does anything. I've been taking it for a few months since I wanted to give it time to work, but I won't be ordering any more after I've finished this batch.

I anticipated it to be different from the loose tea leaves I received with the blend (hibiscus), but it is obscenely bitter and I am unable to consume it. I'm unable to return it since I waited too long. Life takes place. I won't rant about my ADHD and forgetfulness because it isn't truly a financial issue. I'll experiment with it to see if I can make it more tolerable for me. I'm going to search Google now! lol. This product has received excellent ratings, and I believe it is deserving of many of them.

I get this in a six-pack since I consume it quickly. Although I don't particularly enjoy the flavor, you eventually grow used to it. I drink this because, like many other reviews here, I have (had, due to this tea!!) embarrassing hormonal acne that appeared along my jawline and the sides of my chin. (I am a female reviewer, but I don't have PCOS; I just have bad skin.) I had decided to wait until my insurance plan year was over to visit a doctor after reading somewhere that people take spironolactone for this sort of acne, but then I saw on SkincareAddiction that others occasionally use spearmint for the same thing! It seems to bind off with the extra androgen. Since androgen is a male hormone, I totally advise ladies to take this, but I'm not sure what would happen if males did. I originally discovered this product in a nearby natural foods store and immediately started using it. I started with two cups each day and kept note of the quantity of flaws in that region. (I have anxiety.) I got 27 blemishes on the first day. Ten days later, I had five. By the end of the first month, I was free of pimples around my jawline. At that time, primarily out of economic need, I reduced my intake to one cup per day, and I discovered that this was sufficient to preserve my clear face. Since I've started doing this roughly six months ago, I can finally go to the dermatologist with no stress. Aside from this hormonal issues, I didn't see that it had much of an impact on the rest of my skin. I break out when I deserve to (sleeping with makeup on, a weekend of poor eating, etc.), and the spearmint had no positive or bad influence on that. Because it's so hard to locate in shops, I buy this six-pack online! The first box I purchased was the only one of its kind at that health food store, so I had to buy Bigelow's Mint Medley to make up the difference. From what I can tell, just the spearmint had this effect. When I began consuming the pure spearmint, I saw rapid benefits.

Since about two years ago, I have only used this tea to treat my PCOS along with diet and exercise. My doctor informed me that my testosterone levels dropped from 90 ng/dL to about 65 ng/dL after evaluating my entire metabolic panel, which is an incredible decrease (After one month of drinking 2 cups daily). In this way, I may regulate my hormones naturally without using oral contraceptives. The tea always smells wonderful and has a really fresh, minty flavor ( I am literally drinking a cup as I write this lol). I adore that it's organic, and I'm especially more impressed that the firm utilizes unbleached manila tea bags—far more than most other businesses use. If you are uncertain about the tea's safety, don't bother yourself, this is the best product!

My stomach used to always feel a little queasy after eating. To avoid having to wake up in the middle of the night feeling queasy, I frequently had to take Pepto Bismol before bed. Since I've been drinking this tea every night for about two months, I haven't needed to take pepto bismol besides after a very large Easter feast. Even when I add raw honey to it, the taste may still be sweeter. Even though I no longer require this tea for stomach trouble, I still desire it every night. This might be because I've modified my diet to include less meat and dairy.

How can this be certified as organic in California if it is created in Mexico? My six boxes came with the labeling in Spanish. Could you kindly explain if this tea is made in the US or Mexico. I don't mind that it's manufactured in Mexico, but you should be upfront about that and how it's organically certified, please.
