Our turnip greens are tasty, tender and very versatile in the kitchen, perfect as an ingredient in delicious soups, pasta dishes, omelettes and quiches, or even as a simply yet tasty side dish. Once harvested, the turnip greens are processed in the space of a few hours, carefully selected before being washed and lightly cooked and then frozen and packaged. Alce Nero turnip greens packaging is 100% recyclable and can be disposed of with paper waste.</p>
